Produktinformation Sicherheitssschloss 309 Allgemein Das Sicherheitsschloss 309 für Vollblatttüren ist ein mechanisch arbeitendes Einsteckschloss zur Verwen- dung in Fluchttüren, Feuerschutz- und Rauchschutztüren sowie Standardanwendungen. Funktionen Die geschlossene Tür ist immer automatisch verriegelt (Selbstverriegelung). Einige Produktvarianten sind für Notausgänge nach DIN EN 179 geeignet und können jederzeit von innen über den Türdrücker geöffnet werden. -

Produktausführungen B-Funktion (Umschaltfunktion) Alle Sicherheitsschlösser 309 sind mit B-Funktion (Umschaltfunktion) ausgestattet. Bei Schlössern mit B-Funktion werden Türdrücker über den Schließzylinder dauerhaft ein- oder ausgekuppelt. Beim Sicherheitsschloss 309 mit Fluchttürfunktion wird nur der Außentürdrücker dauerhaft ein- oder ausgekuppelt. Der Innentürdrücker bleibt immer eingekuppelt (bleibt aktiv). Beim Sicherheitsschloss 309 ohne Fluchttürfunktion (Sondervariante) werden beide Türdrücker (innen und außen) gleichzeitig dauerhaft ein- oder ausgekuppelt. -

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Das Sicherheitsschloss 309 ist zum Einbau in Vollblatttüren geeignet. Es ist ein mechanisch arbeitendes Einsteckschloss zur Verwendung in Fluchttüren, Feuerschutz- und Rauchschutztüren sowie Standardanwendungen. Das Sicherheitsschloss 309 für Vollblatt ist ein mechanisch arbeitendes Einsteckschloss zur Verwendung in nur nach außen oder nur nach innen öffnenden Türen. Das Schloss kann an einflügeligen Drehtüren oder am Gangflügel einer zweiflügeligen Tür verwendet werden, wenn der Standflügel gegen Fehlbedienung gesichert ist und die Durchgangsbreite des Gangflü- gels als Fluchtwegbreite ausreicht. -

Begriffserklärung – Selbstverriegelung Bei einem Türschloss mit Selbstverriegelung ist die geschlossene Tür immer verriegelt. Stulp Der Stulp wird mit der Tür verschraubt. Schlossfalle Die Schlossfalle rastet im Schließblech ein und steuert die Funktion der Steuerfalle sowie der Selbstveriegelung. Steuerfalle Die Steuerfalle läuft beim Schließen der Tür auf das Schließblech auf und wird dabei eingedrückt. Funktionen und Bedienung Selbstverriegelung Das Sicherheitsschloss 309 ist selbstverriegelnd. Bei einem Türschloss mit Abb. 5 : Selbstverriegelung ist die geschlossene Tür immer verriegelt. 1 Schlossfalle Steuerfalle Funktionsprinzip Riegel Beim Schließen der Tür wird die ausgefahrene Schlossfalle (Abb. 5 – 1) auf dem Schließblech nach innen gedrückt. -

Montage Achtung! Funktionseinschränkung durch fehlerhafte Ausfräsung der Schlosstasche: Die Schlosstasche muss entsprechend der Schlosskastenmaße ausgearbeitet werden. Das Schloss muss sich ohne Kraftaufwand einsetzen und verspannungsfrei verschrauben lassen. Sachschaden durch Bohren: Das Schloss wird durch Bohren beschädigt. Für das Anbringen von Beschlä- gen dürfen nur die werkseitig gefertigten Bohrungen verwendet werden. -

Schließblech montieren Das Schließblech muss so im Türzargen montiert werden, dass Schlossfalle und Steuerfalle über eine ebene Fläche gleiten können. Die Steuerfalle muss dabei kontinuierlich eingedrückt bleiben. Fertigen Sie die Schließblechtasche und alle Bohrungen gemäß Abb. 10 an. Alternativ fertigen Sie ein bauseitiges Schließblech („Fertigen bauseitiger Schließbleche“, Seite 19). -
