4 Mounting Instruction
4.2 Identification of cards
To identify the system boxes (device number
in circuit diagram) a label base is provided on
which the device can be identified. The indi-
vidual slots for the tightening channels are
identified with the numbers .1 to .5/KE3xx
and can be seen when the box is open.

4.3 Identification of transformer
and voltage selector terminals
with SB305
The T0 transformer and X21 voltage selector
terminals (see circuit diagram) can be found
in the far left area in the box. The T0/X21
marking on the removable front panel indi-
cates their location in the box.

4.4 Cable bushing strip and cable
grommets
A cable bushing strip for up to five cables
(e.g. for connecting an external emergency
stop circuit, a programming cable or a part-
ner controller) is provided as a standard part
of the system boxes. This cable bushing strip
is not intended to be used for the spindle
connection or the hand-held nutrunner cable.
On delivery, the cable bushing strip is
equipped with five dummy plugs, which, if
necessary, need to be exchanged with suita-
ble cable grommets.
The protection class IP54 can only
be ensured, if the cable bushing
strips are either fully equipped with
plugs or if existing cable grommets
have cables running through them.
If needed, up to two additional cable bushing
strips can be provided with the SB305.
