SPINDEL
b. Werkzeugmontage an der Maschine
- Ziehen Sie unbedingt den Netzstecker, bevor Sie am
Werkzeug arbeiten.
- Öffnen Sie die Schutzhaube (L1) durch Lösen der beiden
Schrauben (K9), um Zugang zur Motorspindel zu bekommen
(87).
- Montieren Sie das Werkzeug auf der Spindel so nahe wie
möglich am Lager. Achten Sie dabei auf die Drehrichtung.
(Siehe «Elektrischer Anschluss».)
- Legen Sie immer einen Ring unter das Werkzeug über dem
Spindelbund (L2).
- Justieren Sie mit den verschiedenen Ringen, passend zum
Werkzeug (87).
- Bringen Sie die Haube wieder an (L2).
- Verriegeln Sie die Spindeldrehung durch Einstecken des
Hebels (L5) (89).
- Achten Sie darauf, dass der letzte Ring über der Spindel-
höhe ungefähr 5 mm übersteht, und dass er dort festgeklem-
mt wird.
- Ziehen Sie das Werkzeug auf der Spindel mit 15 N/m kräftig
an.
- Schließen Sie unbedingt die Haube (L1) wieder, bevor Sie
die Maschine erneut in Gebrauch nehmen.
Wichtig : Bei Werkzeugen mit einem geringeren Querschnitt
als die Tischöffnung reduzieren Sie den Spalt auf ein Mini-
mum mithilfe von Tischringen (L4).

b. Mounting the tools on the machine (87)(88)
- It is imperative to pull the power supply plug before working
at the tool.
- Open the guard (L1) by releasing the 2 bolts (K9) in order
to get access to the motor spindle (87).
- Mount the tool into the spindle as close as possible to
bhe bearing. Mind the direction of rotation (see «Electric
connection»).
- Always place aring under the tools above the spindle collar
(L2).
- Adjust with the different rings matching the tool. (87)
- Re-attach the guard (L
).

- Lock the spindle rotatin by inserting the lever (L5) (89).
- Make sure the last ring projects above the spindles height
by approx. 5 mm, and that it is clamped in that position.
- Firmly tighten the tool on the spindle at a force of 15 N/m.
- Close the guard (N) again before you restart the machine.
Important : If the croos-section of the tool is smaller than
the opening in the table, reduce the gap to a minimum by
means of the table rings (L4).
