Banana and Curry Dip
Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
100 g mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, paprika powder (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Peel the bananas, cut them into chunks and place them in the mixing bowl.
2. Chop up for 10 seconds on speed level 2.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl.
4. Mix together for approx. 20 seconds on speed level 1.
Cream Cheese Spread
Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes
Ingredients:
200 g cream cheese
200 g sour cream
1 garlic clove
Salt, pepper (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Peel onion, cut it into quarters and place in the mixing bowl.
2. Peel the garlic and place it in the mixing bowl.
3. Press the PULSE button three times for around 2 seconds and chop up the
ingredients.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
5. Mix together for approx. 30~40 seconds on speed level 1.
Gazpacho
Portions:

Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
Ingredients:
½ cucumber
½ pepper
½ onion
1 garlic clove
2 slices toast
½ tin of peeled tomatoes (250 g)
50 ml oil
200 ml chicken stock
200 g sour cream
1 heaped tsp. curry powder
1 small onion
30~50 g of frozen herbs or fresh herbs (e
g. flat leaf parsley
vegetable to use later
