Preparation:
1. Pour water or stock into the mixing bowl.
2. Place the steaming attachment on the mixing bowl and put the vegetables in it,
place on the lid and use the intermediate base if necessary (place vegetables requiring
a longer cooking time in the steaming attachment and vegetables requiring a shorter
cooking time in the intermediate base).
3. Steam at 120 °C.
The cooking time depends on the vegetable: Potatoes require approx. 30 minutes,
vegetables such as broccoli or cauliflower approx. 10 minutes. During preparation,
regularly check whether the vegetables are cooked.
NOTE: For every 15 minutes of cooking time, 250 ml of water / stock are required.
Pasta
Preparation time: approx. 12 – 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Pasta (as you wish)
Water (amount as per the instruction on the pack)
Salt (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Pour the pasta, water and a little salt into the mixing bowl.
2. Insert the measuring cup and bring to the boil at 100 °C for around 5 minutes.
3. Take out the measuring cup, set the temperature to 100 °C and the time as per the
instruction on the pack. Check whether the level of firmness you want has been reached
and extend the time if necessary.
4. Drain off the pasta through the steaming attachment.
Rice
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Rice (as you wish)
Water (twice the quantity of the rice)
Note: Follow the instruction on the pack for details of the ratio of rice and water!
Salt (to taste)
