6.2 Cleaning unit

1 Move the torch with the gas nozzle vertically to the tool axis over the BRS-CC (1).
2 Approach the clamping position (2). The cylindrical part of the gas nozzle must have even contact with
the clamping prism. This prevents the torch from twisting when clamped.
3 Loosen the motor clamping (6).
4 Move the motor and the guide block to the lowest position (7).
5 Put the corresponding distance sleeve (8) onto the reamer.
6 Keep the guide block in the lowest position and move the motor with plugged-in distance sleeve up
against the gas nozzle (9).
7 As the BRS-CC is set up in depressurised state, to remove the distance sleeve, the gas nozzle must first
be moved out of the clamping position (2) again.
NOTE
• During the cleaning process, also program the following: "Air blast through the cable assembly".

6.3 Injection unit VI

1 Move the torch with the gas nozzle vertically over the injector nozzle position 3 (3) and then
position 4 (4).
Immersion depth for optimum injection: approx. 1 mm
The injection process is started when actuating the corresponding 5/2 directional valve.
NOTE
• Compressed air flow sucks in the anti-spatter fluid and mixes it with the compressed air flow

1 Use the free wire end to move the torch into the cutting area of the wire cutter so that the wire is in contact
with the fixed jaws and the gas nozzle is positioned directly over the cutter (5).
2 Program the positions and commands as described in the flow chart.
6.5 Fastening the prism

1 Insert the prism (2) into the clamping device (1) from above.
2 Screw in the cylinder head screw (3).
The removed dirt is blasted out from within.
(Venturi principle). Recommended residence time: approx. 1 sec.
