Default setting
See Fig. 19.
Remove the sealing wax on the controllers (1) and (2).
Turn the upper controller (1) for the rated power to the right
to the limit.
Turn the lower controller (2) for the start monitoring to the
right to the limit.
Adjusting the overload
Only load load lifting equipment with the calculated overload.
While lifting the excessive load turn the upper controller (1)
to the left until the hoist stops.
Lower the excessive load until the rope is unloaded.
Raise the excessive load again:
The hoist must stop as soon as it comes under load.
Adjusting the start override
Load the load raising equipment with the nominal load.
Raise the nominal load from the ground.
Turn the lower controller (2) to the left to the limit.
Press the UP button.
The hoist must stop immediately.
Note:
Briefly press the DOWN button every time after stopping the
hoist during this setting procedure in order to re-enable the rais-
ing movement.
Turn the lower controller (2) slightly to the right.
Press the UP button.
Repeat the procedure until it becomes possible to raise the
nominal load.
Seal both controllers with sealing wax.

15.6 Ordering spare parts

Spare parts lists can be requested from your supplier or directly
from TRACTEL Greifzug GmbH.
The details needed to place the order are listed on the separate
component's nameplates, see 'Nameplate and warning signs /
application restrictions' on page 7.
The required information is e.g.:
Rope drive:
Article no., tirak™ model / Tractel
el, rope diameter, serial number
Motor:
Article no., Motor model
Brakes:
Article no., Type and coil voltage of the
brake
Electrical controls: Number of the circuit diagram

Disposal and environmental
protection
The equipment is made from recyclable materials. If the equip-
ment is later scrapped, it must be disposed off correctly. The
national versions of the waste legislation directive 2008/98/EC
apply within the European Union.
The manufacturer is obliged to take back and dispose of specific
electrical and electronic components in accordance with Directive
2002/96/EC. The following symbol is used on the nameplate of
such components to identify them:
