INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Make sure the rail clamps securely attach the Yellofins Apexto the rail. If the rail
clamps are loose or do not securely attach the Yellofins Apexto the rail, injury
or equipment damage can occur.
• Do not raise the Yellofins Apexto a position that creates less than a 90° angle
between the patient's thigh and torso. Injury can occur.
• Do not lower the Yellofins Apexto a position that creates more than a 180°
angle between the patient's thigh and torso. Injury can occur.
