3. Release the lithotomy handle when the desired Lithotomy
Angle is achieved.
NOTE: Stirrup orientation will adjust with minimal force when you change the Lithotomy
Angle.

Begin Sterile Draping

Follow facility-approved procedures to put sterile draping on the
patient.
3.2.8

Remove the Patient from the Stirrup:

WARNING:
Patient positioning should be performed by at least two staff members. Both of
the patient's legs should be put in position at the same time. Do the steps that
follow simultaneously to both legs.
1. If applicable, install the leg section of the table. Refer to the applicable instructions
for use for the table.
2. Grasp and firmly squeeze the lithotomy handle.
