Torque Device

Open the torque device by loosening the cap.

Insert the proximal end of the guidewire into the

distal end of the torque device. Once positioned,

close the torque device to secure onto the

guidewire.

Rotate the torque device to steer the guidewire.

To move the torque device, loosen the cap, slide

along the guidewire and retighten.

Sidearm Extension Tubing

Attach sidearm extension tubing securely to

hemostasis valve sidearm.

Attach the sidearm extension tubing stopcock to

the desired device. Align the OFF handle with the

port that is to be shut off or closed. The other two

ports will be open to each other.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Vascular Solutions Zerusa Limited warrants that the

Guardian II and Guardian II NC hemostasis valves are free

from defects in workmanship and materials prior to the

stated expiration date. Liability under this warranty is

limited to refund or replacement of any product which

has been found by Vascular Solutions Zerusa Limited to be

defective in workmanship or materials. Vascular Solutions

Zerusa Limited shall not be liable for any incidental,

special, or consequential damages arising from the use of

the Guardian II or Guardian II NC. Damage to the product

through misuse, alteration, improper storage, or improper

handling shall void this limited warranty.

No employee, agent, or distributor of Vascular Solutions

Zerusa Limited has any authority to alter or amend this

limited warranty in any respect. Any purported alteration

or amendment shall not be enforceable against Vascular

Solutions Zerusa Limited.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER

WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY

WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OF

VASCULAR SOLUTIONS, INC.
