11. Warranty, service, repair

This high quality product from BEEM has been made in accordance with the latest
manufacturing methods.
We guarantee that this high-quality product is in perfect condition. We will remedy all
material or manufacturing defects free of charge within the warranty period.
Warranty exclusion: the warranty specifically excludes defects that have been caused
by incorrect manipulation, disregard of the operating instructions and safety notes, use
of force, alterations, attempts at self-repair or repair attempts undertaken by unqualified
third parties. Also excluded are defects caused by normal wear & tear.
In the case of commercial or similar use e.g. in hotels, guest houses or community
facilities, or if the customer is not a consumer in the sense of the German Civil Code, the
manufacturer guarantees the product for 6 months unless the product has been
specifically designated as being for commercial use. Warranty exclusions (see above) are
not affected.
