11 MANUAL UNLOADING OF TROUGHS

In the event of a power failure, to unload the troughs manually, simply use a screwdriver fitted with a
4 mm socket head bit for M6 CHC screws, placed under the proofer motor (in the area of the
protective housing) to turn it slowly in order to move the troughs (fig.5).
