Assembly affected

Remedy
Start wash programme, activate emergency-
stop button or safety switch. The system must
stop, then press the control voltage/normal po-
sition button on the control panels.
Check signs for completeness and legibility.
Replace damaged signs.
Fill up when required or replace
Make visible inspection (judge spray picture),
if necessary, clean. Warning! Do not mix up
jets! Screw off jets individually, clean with
compressed air, screw on again.
Applying gentle pressure, wipe light barriers
with a detergent-free soft, damp cloth.
Check for mechanical damage and stable
seating.
The distance between the limit switch and the
actuation element should be 5 mm.
The integrated light diode must light up if the
end switch is not activated.
Press the switch flag down and check whether
it will be pressed back up by the spring.
Make visible inspection, remove possible for-
eign bodies that are present, clean soiled
brushes with high-pressure cleaner.
Shut off water in manual operation and check
whether enough water is present in the vehicle
wash. Too little or no water may cause dam-
age to the vehicle being washed.
Interrupt light barriers "position 1" and "posi-
tion 2" (see Fig. 2). The positioning ramp must
indicate corresponding signal.
Check brush shaft for round run, check brush
segments on firm seating, check brush for
wear (minimum bristle length: New state mi-
nus 30 mm), replace if necessary.
Have PE brushes replaced by Service every
15000 ... 25000 washes, Carlite brushed eve-
ry 35000 ...45000 washes.
Open the drain valve. Wait until the water in
the water separator has drained. Close the
drain valve.
Check rollers to see that they move easily.
Screw off the cover of the detergent contain-
ers and rinse the filters of the suction hoses
with clean water.
Shut off water supply, screw off cover of the
dirt catcher, rinse out filter with water, re-insert
filter and screw on cover.
Check for mechanical wear and tears, replace
belts if necessary.
Visible inspection: Condition of hoses and ca-
bles, leaks in hoses and connectors. Check
ease of movement of roller truck at cable tow.
