Clearing the error memory
All error messages of a group are cleared
at the same time.
 Select the group you want to clear with
the buttons LEFT and RIGHT.
 Press and hold the LEFT button.
 Additionally press the RIGHT button.

Delete = OK
-Press the OK button.
Note
Only faults that can be remedied by the op-
erator are stated in the following section. If
other faults are shown in the display, inform
the Customer Service.

pressed simultaneously.
10 Mode counter Gantry travel is not counting
12 Mode counter Lift/lower roof brush is not
counting
13 Mode counter high pressure roof bar is not
counting
14 Frequency converter portal driving is not ready
15 Frequency coverter raise/ lower is not ready
16 CAN bus error master, no module is accessi-
ble
19 CAN bus error, module A14, no connection
(water distributor)

(feed distributor)

Possible cause
Limit switch allocated or defective via for-
eign metal part
Side brush cart is stuck or brush is touch-
ing vehicle.
Portal driving counter is defective; portal
driving motors are defective; limit switch
portal driving start/end are defective
Mode counter defective; lifting motor of
roof brush is defective; limit switch roof
brush up/down, high pressure roof bar up/
down is defective
Fault in frequency converter portal driving Check cable and gantry movement
Fault in frequency converter Lift roof

Loose connecting chord of the plates,
plates defective
Loose connecting chord of the plates,

Remedy
Remove foreign part.
Check Limit switch for damage.
Check the side brush cart, move the
brush away from the vehicle.
Repeat washing process, call Cus-
tomer Service
Check limit switch portal driving for
defects; remove metal parts from the
hall floor; switch off/on the unit, re-
peat washing process, call Customer
Service
Check limit switch for roof brush, high
pressure roof bar for defects; switch
the system off/on, repeat wash cycle,
call Customer Service
motors, switch the plant off and back
on, repeat the washing process, noti-
fy Service.
Check cable and lifting motors of the
roof brush and roof bar for damages,
switch on/ off the unit, repeat washing
process
Switch off and switch on the unit, re-
peat washing process, call Customer
