Fixer le culot du potentiomètre à l'aide des
3 vis (5).
- Bloquer l'axe du potentiomètre (8) à
l'aide des vis (3) et (4).
- Connecter le potentiomètre au bornier
de la carte (connecteur P7.1) :
Fil rouge ou marron
Tresse ou vert
borne 30
Fil noir ou blanc
- Débrancher du bornier le connecteur
P7.1.
- S'assurer à l'aide d'un ohmmètre que le
potentiomètre est bien réglé en son
point milieu (voir FIG. 11).
- Remettre les colliers nécessaire à la
fixation de l'ensemble.
Dans le cas contraire :
- Retirer la contre-vis (9) et desserrer la
vis (10).
- Tourner l'ensemble (11) axe/potentio-
mètre à l'aide des vis (5), jusqu'à
l'obtention du point milieu.
- Bloquer la vis (10) et la contre vis (9).
- Reconnecter le bornier P7.1.
- Remettre les colliers nécessaires à la
fixation de l'ensemble.
- Effectuer le réglage de la remise à zéro
(RAZ).

REMPLACEMENT DU
POTENTIOMÈTRE
D'INCLINAISONS LATÉRALES
NOTA : avant toute intervention assurez
vous qu'un jeu de réparation potentiomè-
tre d'inclinaisons latérales est en votre
possession (voir § 2.2).
Démontage du potentiomètre

- A l'aide d'un niveau à bulle, mettre de
niveau le mouvement «d'inclinaisons
latérales».
- Enlever le cache (10) de protection en
retirant les 2 vis (9).
- Désolidariser l'axe du potentiomètre (8)
par rapport au siège, en déposant la vis
(4) et en débloquant la vis (3).
- Retirer le potentiomètre en déposant les
3 vis (5).
- Déconnecter les 3 fiches du bornier de
la carte (33, 34, 35 connecteur P7.1).
- Ouvrir les colliers nécessaires à la dé-
pose de l'ensemble.

- Aligner les deux marques situées sur
l'axe et le corps du potentiomètre.

Secure the potentiometer base with 3
screws (5).
- Block the potentiometer shaft (8) with
screws (3) and (4).
- Connect the potentiometer to the termi-
nal strip on the board (connector P7.1):
borne 32
Red or brown wire
Braid or green wire
borne 31
Black or white wire
- Disconnect connector P7.1. from the
terminal strip.
- Using an ohmmeter, check that the
potentiometer mid-point is properly
adjusted (see FIG. 11).
- Fit the clamps required to secure the
assembly.
If mid-point is misadjusted:
- Remove the counter-screw (9) and
loosen the screw (10).
- Turn the shaft/potentiometer assembly
(11) by screws (5) to obtain the mid-
point.
- Block screw (10) and counter-screw
(9).
- Reconnect P7.1 to the terminal strips.
- Fit the clamps required to secure the
assembly.
- Perform the RESET adjustment.

REPLACEMENT OF LATERAL
TILT POTENTIOMETER
NOTE: Before starting the intervention,
be sure you have a lateral tilt potentiometer
repair kit in your possession (see para.
2.2).

- Using a spirit level, set the "lateral tilt"
movement to the level position
- Remove the protective cover (10) by
removing the two screws (9).
- Separate the potentiometer shaft (8)
with respect to the seat by removing
screw (4) and unlocking screw (3).
- Remove the potentiometer by removing
the 3 screws (5).
- Disconnect the 3 plugs from the termi-
nal strip on the board (33, 34, 35
Connector P7.1).
- Open the clamps required to remove the
assembly.

- Align the two marks on the potentiometer
shaft and body.

Fijar el casquillo del potenciómetro con
ayuda de los 3 tornillos (5).
- Bloquear el eje del potenciómetro (8)
con ayuda de los tornillos (3) y (4).
- Conectar el potenciómetro al terminal de
la tarjeta (conector P7.1):
Hilo rojo o marrón
Trenza o verde
terminal 30
Hilo negro o blanco
- Desenchufar del terminal el conector
P7.1.
- Con ayuda de un ohmímetro, asegurarse
que el potenciómetro esté bien ajustado
en su punto medio (ver FIG. 11).
- Volver a instalar las abrazaderas
necesarias pra la fijación del conjunto.
En caso contrario:
- Retirar el contratornillo (9) y aflojar el
tornillo (10).
- Girar el conjunto (11) eje/potenciómetro
con ayuda de los tornillos (5), hasta la
obtención del punto medio.
- Bloquear el tornillo (10) y el contratornillo
(9).
- Volver a conectar el terminal P7.1.
- Volver a instalar las abrazaderas
necesarias para la fijación del conjunto.
- Efectuar el ajuste de la puesta a cero
(PA0).

REEMPLAZO DEL
POTENCIÓMETRO DE
INCLINACIONES LATERALES
NOTA: antes de toda intervención,
asegúrese de contar con un juego de
reparación de potenciómetro de
inclinaciones laterales (ver § 2.2).
Desmontaje del potenciómetro

- Con ayuda de un nivel de burbuja,
poner
a
nivel
el
"inclinaciones laterales".
- Retirar la cubierta (10) de protección
retirando los 2 tornillos (9).
- Desolidarizar el eje del potenciómetro
(8) en relación con el asiento, retirando
el tornillo (4) y desbloqueando el tornillo
(3).
- Retirar el potenciómetro retirando los 3
tornillos (5).
- Desconectar los 3 enchufes del terminal
de la tarjeta (33, 34, 35 conector P7.1).
- Abrir las abrazaderas necesarias para el
desmontaje del conjunto.

- Alinear las dos marcas localizadas sobre
el eje y el cuerpo del potenciómetro.
