ASSEMBLAGGIO MOTOCOLTIVATORE
CON BARRA FALCIANTE
Per il montaggio degli accessori vedere il capitolo
"ACCESSORI".
ATTENZIONE: Montare sempre gli accessori con motore
spento e leva comando innesto presa di forza (R, Fig.1)
in posizione "N" (presa di forza disattivata). Durante
il montaggio fare sempre attenzione agli utensili di
lavoro degli accessori.
Montaggio Quickfit
Togliere il coperchio di protezione presa di forza (A,Fig.2).
Ingrassare le parti di accoppiamento. Inserite il giunto (B, Fig.3)
sulla presa di forza della macchina e montare il Quickfit (C, Fig.3)
bloccandolo con i due dadi (F, Fig.3).
Montaggio barra falciante
Alzare la leva blocco accessori D del Quickfit (Fig.4). Ingrassare le
parti di accoppiamento. Inserire l'innesto corpo barra falciante
(E, Fig.4) fino a battuta. Abbassare la leva D (Fig.5) per bloccare
la barra falciatrice.
Nota: Se la leva blocco accessori (D, Fig.5) non si abbassa
completamente dopo che è stata inserita, muovere
l'accessorio per permettere al perno della leva di incastrarsi
nel foro dell'innesto corpo barra falciante.
Montaggio ruote
Montare le ruote sui mozzi del motocoltivatore utilizzando le 4
viti G, come in figura 6.
ATTENZIONE: verificare che la freccia determinata dal
disegno del battistrada dei pneumatici sia rivolto verso
il senso di marcia A (Fig.6).
Montaggio cavi comando freno
Agganciare il perno (P, Fig.7) nella leva comando freno (T, Fig.7)
del mozzo e incastrare la guaina (S, Fig.8) nel fermo guaina.
Attenzione: verificare che la leva comando freno destra
del manubrio comandi il blocco della ruota destra e che
la leva comando freno sinistra del manubrio comandi il
blocco della ruota sinistra. In caso contrario invertire i
cavi.

For fitting accessories see the "ACCESSORIES" chapter.
WARNING: Always fit accessories with the engine
switched off and the power take-off engagement
control lever (R, Fig.1) set to "N" (power take-off
deactivated). When fitting always beware of the work
implements on the accessories.
Fitting the Quickfit
Remove the power take-off protective cover (A, Fig.2). Grease
the mating parts. Fit the coupling (B, Fig.3) to the machine
power take-off and position the Quickfit (C, Fig.3), securing with
the two nuts (F, Fig.3).
Fitting the cutterbar
Raise the accessories locking lever D (Fig.4) on the Quickfit.
Grease the coupling components. Fully insert the cutterbar
body coupling (E, Fig.4). Lower lever D (Fig.5) to lock the
accessory in place.
Note: If the locking lever (D, Fig.5) does not lower fully
after the accessory has been inserted, move the accessory
to enable the pin of the lever to slot into the hole on the
cutterbar body coupling.
Fitting the wheels
Mount the wheels on the hubs of the rotary cultivator using the
4 screws G, as shown in figure 6.
WARNING: check that the arrow-shaped tread pattern
of the tyres is pointing in the direction of travel A
(Fig.6).
Fitting the brake control cables
Attach the pin (P, Fig.7) to the brake control lever (T, Fig.7) and
secure the sheath (S, Fig.8) in the clip.
WARNING: check that the right hand brake lever on
the handlebar controls the braking action on the right
wheel and the left hand brake lever on the handlebar
controls the braking action on the left wheel. If not,
invert the brake cables.

Para el montaje de los accesorios, vea el capítulo
"ACCESORIOS".
AT TENTION : Monter toujours les accessoires
avec le moteur éteint et le levier de commande
d'enclenchement de prise de force (R, Fig.1) en position
"N" (prise de force désactivée). Pendant le montage
faire toujours attention aux outils de travail des
accessoires.
Montage Quickfit
Ôter le couvercle de protection de la prise de force (A, Fig.2).
Graisser les pièces d'accouplement. Insérer le joint (B, Fig.3) sur
la prise de force du motoculteur et monter le Quickfit (C, Fig.3)
puis le bloquer à l'aide des deux écrous (F, Fig.3).
Montage barre de fauchage
Soulever le levier de blocage des accessoires D du Quickfit
(Fig.4). Graisser les pièces d'accouplement. Installer
l'enclenchement corps barre de fauchage (E, Fig.4) jusqu'à buter.
Abaisser le levier D (Fig.5) pour bloquer la barre de fauchage.
Commentaire : Si le levier de blocage des accessoires
(D, Fig.5) ne s'abaisse pas complètement après l'insertion,
bouger l'accessoire pour permettre à l'axe du levier de
s'encastrer dans le trou de l'enclenchement corps barre de
fauchage.
Montage roues
Monter les roues sur les moyeux du motoculteur à l'aide des 4
vis G, comme indiqué figure 6.
ATTENTION : contrôler que la flèche sur la chape des
pneumatiques est tournée vers le sens de l'avance A
(Fig.6).
Montage des câbles de commande du frein
Fixer l'axe (P, Fig.7) sur le levier de commande du frein (T, Fig.7)
du moyeu et encastrer la gaine (S, Fig.8) dans son dispositif
d'arrêt.
ATTENTION : s'assurer que le levier de commande du
frein droit du guidon intervient sur la roue droite et
que le levier de commande du frein gauche du guidon
intervient sur la roue gauche. Dans le cas contraire,
inverser les câbles.
