Instructions for set-up and safe operation of the appliance
18. Place the appliance on a free, level, and heat-resistant surface.
19. The maximum fill quantity must not be exceeded; if it is exceeded
batter will run out of the appliance.
20. Only fill the appliance with batter when the removable carrier
plate is inserted.
21. When filling the appliance with batter or when taking out the
cake, always completely open the cover; if the cover is not
opened completely it can shut on its own: Danger of burns and
danger of injury!
22. For safety reasons, never cover the appliance and the backing
surfaces with paper, film or other foreign objects. Otherwise there
is a risk of fire!
23. Never touch the backing surfaces with parts of your body or heat-
sensitive objects either during operation or immediately after.
24. Do not put the appliance away when it is hot.
25. Do not operate the appliance in the vicinity of other heat sources,
such as gas ovens, or in other appliances, such as an electric
oven.
26. Use the appliance only after it has been properly assembled.
27. Never operate the appliance with accessories of other appli-
ances.
28. Do not use any pointed or sharp objects in the baking pan.
Pointed or sharp objects could scratch the baking pan. Use a
plastic or wooden scraper to take the finished cake out of the
baking pan.
29. CAUTION: Only fill the baking pan with food products.
Caution: When in use and after use, the appliance remains
extremely hot for a longer period of time!
Never open the housing of the appliance. This can result in
electric shock.
The manufacturer will not be liable in the event of incorrect assembly, improper or incorrect use or if
repairs are carried out by unauthorized third parties.
