Do not force the tightening! Once the reset has been executed, check, through the spindle carriage translation, the success
of the adjustment.
Should the carriage friction on the guide rails be too much, loosen the adjusting screws (6) previously tightened.
Then fully tighten the locking nuts (5), keeping the screws (6) still.
Tighten the 4 + 4 nuts previously loosened ( 3 & 4 )
Restore the electrical connection, then check the smoothness of the just adjusted carriage.
In case of long-term storage (3÷4 months) it is necessary to:
1) Leave the machine in the same configuration used when closing it inside the van.
2) Disconnect the machine from the mains.
3) Grease parts which might be damaged if they dry out:
- guide rails of tool carriage
- guide rails of turntable trolley
- spindle shaft
- tool arm
4) Empty the hydraulic control unit tank completely through the designated oil drain cap.
5) Protect the whole machine against dust by covering it with a nylon cover.
To restart it after a storage period it will be necessary to:
1) Re-insert the oil in the control unit tank.
2) Restore the electrical connection.
When deciding to stop using this equipment, deactivate every connection to the power sources in order to render it
inoperative.
Since it is classified as special waste, dismantle it into homogeneous parts and dispose of them as required by law.
Dispose of the materials in the designated collection centres for polluting or non-biodegradable materials.
