6� Follow the instructions in the Ovy app� Once the Ovy app is
connected with the thermometer, a six-digit numerical code ap-
pears in the display of the thermometer�
7� Enter the six-digit numerical code in the smartphone� The ther-
mometer is now connected with your smartphone�
You can only set the temperature unit and thermometer tone
via the Ovy app�

7. Measuring your basal temperature

Take your temperature at the same time, as soon as you wake up and
before you get out of bed� You should have slept for at least 4 hours
before the measurement� If you have slept for less than 4 hours be-
fore the measurement, enter the amount of sleep you have had in the
Ovy app or activate "Disrupted sleep"� Do not eat anything before
the measurement and avoid physical exertion�
