- When changing the saw blade, make sure that the
cutting width is not less and the thickness of the
steel blade is no greater than the thickness of the
splitting wedge.
- Take note of the rotational direction of the saw blade.
- Only use saw blades if you are able to use them in
a controlled manner.
- Observe the maximum speed. The maximum
speed indicated on the saw blade must not be ex-
ceeded. Comply with the speed if specified.
- Clean any dirt, oil, grease and water off of the
clamping surfaces.
- It is not permitted to use loose reducing rings or
bushings to reduce bore holes in saw blades.
- Make sure that fixed reducing rings for securing the
saw blade have the same diameter and are at least
1/3 of the cutting diameter.
- Make sure that fixed reducing rings are parallel to
one another.
- Handle the saw blades with care. Ideally, you
should store them in the original packaging or spe-
cial containers.
- Wear protective gloves for better grip and to further
reduce the risk of injury.
- Before using saw blades, make sure that all protec-
tive devices are properly secured.
- Prior to beginning a task, ensure that the saw blade
you are using meets the technical requirements of
this table saw and has been properly affixed.
- Only use the enclosed saw blade for cutting wood
and never use it to cut metals.

Wear hearing protection.
The effects of noise can cause a loss of hearing. To-
tal vibration values (vector sum - three directions) de-
termined in accordance with EN 61029
m NOTE!: The indicated sound levels have been
determined according to a standardized testing pro-
cedure and can be used to compare different power
tools with each other. Furthermore, these values are
suitable to evaluate the loads that sounds can cause
for the user in advance.
m ATTENTION! Depending on how you will use the
power tool, the actual values may deviate from the indi-
cated values. Take measures to protect yourself from
noise pollution. In this process it is important to take
the complete sequence of operation into account. This
also includes moments during which the power tool
operates without load and moments during which it is
turned off. Suitable measures comprise amongst other
things regular maintenance and service of the power
tool and the insertion tools, regular breaks and the ap-
propriate planning of the sequences of operation.

7. Before starting the equipment

• All covers and safety devices have to be properly
fitted before the equipment is switched on.
