• Danger of injury for fingers and hands when chang-
ing the saw band. Wear suitable work gloves.
• Danger of injury when the machine is switched on
from the running saw band.
• Hazard due to electrical power, with the use of im-
proper electrical connection cables.
• Danger to health from running saw band due to long
hair and loose clothing. Wear personal protective
equipment such as a hair net and close-fitting work
clothing.
• The rollers can continue to rotate if a drive belt or a
saw blade breaks. Always wait for the machine to
come to a complete stop before opening the sepa-
rating guards.
• Furthermore, despite all precautions having been
met, some non-obvious residual risks may still re-
main.
• Residual risks can be minimised if the "Safety gen-
eral instructions" and the "Proper use" are observed
along with the whole of the operating instructions.

*Operating mode S1 (continuous operation)
The machine can be operated continuously with the

400 x 548 mm
To avoid impermissible overheating of the motor, the
motor should be driven for only 40% of the operating
370 – 750 m/rpm
time with the stipulated nominal power and must then

continue to run with no load for the remaining 60% of

Noise data
The noise level defined in EN ISO 3746 and EN 1807
900 mm
respectively (correction factor k3 calculated in acc.

with Appendix A.2 of EN 1807-1) for the noise emission
values determined for workplace noise level reflect the

workplace conditions defined in ISO 7960 Appendix J.
The stipulated values are emission values and so do

not necessarily represent safe working values.
