How to selected a stored recipe
Turn on the oven with the On/Off key.

P/M
Touch the key until the P/M indicator comes on with a
RED light.

The archive contains 15 recipes, which can be edited as
required, and 84 vacant memory locations. Numbering is
preceded by the letter P.
•
The presence of a recipe in the archive is always indicated by
the red P/M indicator light.
The cooking parameters appear on the display as the
occupied positions are scrolled.
You can check the cooking parameters per step with key F.
Once you have found the recipe you need, the relative cooking parameters can be
changed before you turn on the oven.
Otherwise, you can start the cooking process with the START/STOP key.
• Touch the
P/M
key to quit this menu.
