How to program a recipe with several STEPS

A cooking program for a single recipe can include 5 steps.
Warming up is a separate function.
Each step is a cooking mode with its own parameters and different
methods.
Once you have entered the settings for a cooking step, press key .
The next indicator light will be displayed along with digits 00:00
Enter the new cooking parameters or press key
PAUSE FUNCTION
You can include a step during which the oven simply remains inactive. This step is called "pause".
For instance, the pause step is useful if mixtures must be allowed to rise. The fans, heating and
humidification functions will remain off throughout this step.
Press the
key and keep it pressed until light in indicator F... turns red.

Continue pressing the key until you reach the required value.
Pause time can be programmed from 1 min. to 15h.59m.
The pause step can be distinguished from the other steps by the red indicator light.

Automatic end of a cooking program.

There will be an acoustic signal (60 sec.) and the indications on the displays will flash to mark the end of
a cooking program.
If it was off, the light in the cooking chamber will come on.
If you touch a key or open the door, the indications described above will disappear and the basic oven
cooking parameters will appear on the display so that new settings can be entered, or to save the
recipe.

How to end or disable the cooking process in the manual mode

Touch the "START/STOP" key.
