This part of the panel contains the controls for adjusting the amount of
humidity in the cooking chamber and for opening/closing the chimney (to
exhaust the fumes from the cooking chamber).

below.
The chimney open/closed setting can be selected in the manual mode by pressing button
This overrides the settings made with the knob, which remain in the temporary memory and can
be restored by simply touching key
The indicator lights show the door, chimney closed, chimney open statuses, on the left-hand side of the
display, beginning from the top.

Keep the key pressed for the required time to increase the amount of humidity in the
cooking chamber.
