Prevent the electric cable from coming in contact with oil,
solvent and sharp objects. Check the electric cable and
plug regularly for damage. Do not twist or bend the electric
cable around the appliance; this can damage the
insulation!
Try as best as possible to avoid using extension cords. If
9.
this is unavoidable, then use a cord with sufficient capacity
(minimum 3x1.5 mm²) and don't put it close to walking
paths!
Connect the appliance only to a fixed socket. Do not use a
10.
junction box / power strip, etc.
Do not move the appliance by pulling the electric cable and
11.
hold the plug in your hand when you unplug it.
Do not pull, warp or change the electric cable or submerge
12.
it under water. Pulling or incorrect use of the electric cable
will damage the appliance and can result in an electric
shock.
Do not use the appliance or switch it off immediately and
13.
remove the plug from the socket, if the electric cable, plug
or the appliance itself is damaged, broken or malfunctions.
The appliance, plug and/or cable must be
repaired/replaced by an electrician or a similarly qualified
person. Repairs by unqualified individuals are not covered
by the warranty and could result in dangerous situations!
To comply with EN 61000-3-11, the Coolsmart 120 can
14.
only be connected to a power supply of |Zsys|=0.371 Ohm
(or less) system impedance (This does not apply to
Coolsmart 90.). Before connecting the Coolsmart 120 to
your electricity network, consult your network
administrator as to whether your network meets the
