Suitable recipients

(Figure 1)
You may use any type of recipient with flat bottom, even crystal glasses, or work directly in
the sauce pan on the stove. Check with care when using coated cooking pots, in order to avoid
scratches in the coating.
Important: tall, narrow jugs are usually most suitable for working in. Use small jugs for small
quantities and large ones for large quantities.
Tip: In order to prevent the jug from moving while processing, put it on a damp cloth.
Please note: Take care to bring the ESGE-Zauberstab
not vice versa. When using receptacles other than those supplied with your ESGE-Zauberstab
ensure that they do not have an inward curved base. Otherwise, the curved container base
might come into contact with the moving attachment, causing damage.

Applications/Handling

(Figure 1) Wrist movement
Wrist movement: While processing, use a light swivelling motion from the wrist, lift the ESGE-
Zauberstab
up a little and let it drop again on the ingredients (do not press or pound). The
®
longer the ingredients are processed, the finer the mixture becomes. (Figure 1)
Lifting up: Rest the ESGE-Zauberstab
hold it at an angle and lift it up slowly against the side of the receptacle. When the ingredients
are no longer lifted up with it, lower the ESGE-Zauberstab
cess until the ingredients are whipped to the required stiffness. (Figure 2)
Blending: Dip the ESGE-Zauberstab
Before removing the appliance from the ingredients, switch it off to prevent splashing. (Figure 3)
