The attachments

(Figure 1) Recess
All attachments feature a recess (Figure 1).
The drive shaft stub of the ESGE-Zauberstab
Push the attachment as straight as possible onto the stub so that the drive pin engages in the
recess on the attachment. Please make sure that the attachment is exactly parallel to the cutter
guard and properly aligned with the stub (Figures 3/4).
To remove the attachment, just pull it from the stub. If the attachment cannot be easily pulled
off, loosen it by placing the ESGE-Zauberstab
appliance on briefly. Disconnect the power plug from the socket and pull off the attachment. If
necessary, lever it off with a suitable implement (e.g. screwdriver).
Switch off and unplug appliance when changing accessories. The attachments may be
sharp! Only use original ESGE-Zauberstab

How to use

For safety reasons the appliance is equipped with a press-button switch, which means that the

Step 2 for all viscous, firm ingredients and large amounts. (Figure 1)
Switch on the appliance by pressing down the button only when the cutter guard is in the
receptacle. Switch off the appliance by releasing the press-button once you have finished
working. Then lift the appliance out of the receptacle. Get rid of any pieces of food still adhering
to it by tapping the shaft a few times against your free hand. Never attempt to clean appliance
by tapping the mixer base or shaft against the edge of the pan or pot. Only tap it against
your hand. (Figures 2/3)
