Security locks of the OneSystem series
"Security lock" is probably the most appropriate name for the products described
here. The term "securtiy" describes the protection against intrusion, thus ensuring
personal safety and protecting property.
OneSystem series security lock products provide such comprehensive protection
for you and your property (Fig. 1).
In addition to the two variants described in this manual, the OneSystem lock
range comprises numerous other locks variants.
Standard commercial mortice lock
Mortice locks are high-quality, durable locks which are developed, designed and
produced for use in high-traffic doors. The quality features are designed for rough use.
Special bolt construction
The special shape of the bolt provides intrusion protection and prevents
manipulation of the lock.
Standard commercial lock types
The following lock types are described in this manual:
· Wide stile mortice lock (backset of 50 mm to 100 mm),
· Narrow stile mortice lock (backset of 25 mm to 100 mm),
· Wide stile fire rated mortice lock and
· Narrow stile fire rated mortice lock.
The standard commercial mortice lock offers
· development, production and testing according to DIN EN 12209,
· durability in loading capacity with 1,000,000 test cycles with a latch load of 50 N,
· door masses up to 300 kg and
· medium corrosion resistance.
The standard commercial fire rated mortice lock offers
Fire rated means that the lock is suitable for installation in a fire doors, which are
separately tested and approved by door manufacturers.
The fire rated mortice lock also offers:
· high heat resistance and
· medium corrosion-resistance.
