5 Presettings

5.1 Setting the operating mode

The address for the bus coupler is set on switch S1.
Switch S2 is used to set:
the data length for output data
W
the baudrate
W
the connection for the DDL line.
W
Both switches are located below the PG screw cap.
Changes during operation
Changes to the DDL mode are only taken over after a
voltage reset.
Never change the settings during operation.

Turn the device off before changing the address
