6.3.2 Logic and load supply for DDL bus
coupler, order number 1827030189
This module version does not have an external voltage
supply (POWER X10 connection not available!). All
components are supplied via the DDL line. The voltages
present at the BUS IN X71 connection are looped through
the BUS OUT X72 connection and supply other DDL
participants.
The operating voltages given in the electrical data
characteristics must be adhered to. The maximum
permissable load is 3 A for every 24 V supply. The
maximum total current for the joint 0 V is limited to 4 A by
the plug connector.
6.3.3 Logic and load supply for DDL bus
coupler, order number 1827030190
The valves and module, as well as all following
participants connected to BUS OUT X72 are supplied via
the POWER X10 plug, since the DDL voltage is not looped
from BUS IN X71 to BUS OUT X72. An emergency stop
circuit for the valves can be created with the separate
voltage supply.
To avoid confusion with the BUS IN X71 connection,
only use a 4-pin socket coupling (without hole for
pin 5!).
The operation voltage is to be connected to the bus
coupler, as in table 3-1, with an M12x1 4-pin socket
coupling (accessory equipment).
The operating voltages given in the electrical data
characteristics must be adhered to. There is no galvanic
separation between the DDL line voltage and the external
voltage supply over POWER X10, since the 0 V lines are
connected together.
