1 Air Filter Cover
Covers and protects the air filter element.
2 Air Filter
Filters the air drawn into the engine.

3 Shutter for Summer or Winter Operation
With summer and winter positions. Carburetor
is heated in winter position.
4 Spark Plug
Ignites the fuel-air mix in the engine.
5 Cap
Covers the spark plug boot.
6 Spark Plug Boot
Connects the spark plug with the ignition
lead.
7 Starter Grip
The grip of the pull starter for starting the
engine.
8 Carburetor Adjusting Screws
For tuning the carburetor.
9 Fuel Filler Cap
For closing the fuel tank.
10 Spacer
Designed to reduce the risk of burns and fire.
11 Muffler with Spark Arresting Screen
Reduces engine exhaust noise and diverts
exhaust gases away from the operator. The
spark arresting screen is designed to reduce
the risk of fire.
12 Manual Fuel Pump
Provides additional fuel feed for a cold start.
13 Choke Lever
Eases engine starting by enriching mixture.
14 Control Handle
Handle for the operator's rear hand.
15 Throttle Trigger Lockout
Prevents activation of the throttle trigger until
depressed.
16 Throttle Trigger
Controls the speed of the engine.
17 Stop Switch
Switches the engine's ignition off and stops
the engine.
18 Carrying Ring
For connecting a harness to the trimmer /
brushcutter.
19 Loop Handle
Handle for the operator's front hand.
20 Barrier Bar
Designed to reduce the risk of inadvertent
operator contact with the cutting attachment.
