Possible cause
Adjusting screw of end position
cushioning completely closed
Cylinder is distorted
Seal worn
Air volume not sufficient
High friction or counteracting
force
Heavy external magnetic fields,
environmental disturbances
outside the specification
Remedy
Open adjusting screw
Fasten the cylinder to a flat base
Return to Festo for repairs
Increase connection cross−sections;
switch volume upstream
Select larger drive
Eliminate external magnetic fields,
note specification
