When the control lever is at the top stop, the maximum rotor speed is reached. Then return the control lever to the
bottom position until the propeller no longer turns (motor off).
Perform a brief motor test and check the run of the rotor.
Disconnect the flight battery from the model and switch off the transmitter.
f) Setting the Rudder Deflections
When the construction is performed correctly and the transmitter set, the rudders should have the following deflection
values.
Aileron
Elevator
Side rudder
Attention!
The indicated values show the rudder deflections to be selected for the first flights. Adjust the deflections to
your personal preferences after a familiarisation period.
The enclosed remote control system does not permit setting of the servo paths at the transmitter and thus
the rudder deflections at the model as more expensive computer-based remote control systems do. To
change the rudder deflections, the values are set by repositioning the push rods on the servo arms or the
flaps.
