6. OPERATING THE COMPUTER
MODE button:
• Mode: Select the desired function
• Reset: Reset time, training steps, calories (press and hold for 3 seconds)
FUNCTIONS:
1. AUTO ON/OFF
• The computer turns on automatically when any button is pressed or when the built-
in sensor detects use of the product.
• The computer turns off automatically when no button is pressed for approx. 4
minutes or when the sensor detects no use of the product during such time.
2. SCAN
• Display all functions (time, reps/min, count, cal) in 4 second intervals.
3. TIME
• Display training time (from 00:00 to max. 99:59).
4. REPS/MIN
• Display training steps per minute (from 0 to max. 120).
5. COUNT
• Display training steps (total) (from 0 to max. 9999).
6. CAL
• Display calories consumed from start to finish of training (from 0 to max. 9999).
