Se il veicolo è stato coinvolto in un inci dente
oppure ha subito urti o cadute, ac certarsi che
le leve di comando, i tubi, i cavi, l'impianto fre-
nante e le parti vitali non siano danneggiate.
Far controllare eventualmente da un Conces-
sionario Ufficiale Derbi il veicolo, con particola-
re attenzione per telaio, ma nubrio, sospensio-
ni, organi di sicurezza e dispositivi dei quali
l'utente non è in gra do di valutare l'integrità.
Segnalare qualsiasi malfunzionamento al fine
di agevolare l'intervento dei tecnici e/o mecca-
nici.
Non guidare assolutamente il veicolo se il
danno subito ne compromette la sicu rezza.
Non modificare assolutamente la posi zione,
l'inclinazione o il colore di: targa, indicatori di
direzione, dispositivi di illu minazione e avvisa-
tori acustici.
Modifiche al veicolo comportano l'annul -
lamento della garanzia.
Ogni eventuale modifica apportata al vei colo, e
la rimozione di pezzi originali, pos sono com-
promettere le prestazioni dello stesso, quindi
diminuire il livello di sicu rezza o addirittura ren-
derlo illegale.
Si consiglia di attenersi sempre a tutte le dispo-
sizioni di legge e regolamenti na zionali e locali
in materia di equipaggia mento del veicolo.
In particolar modo sono da evitare modi fiche
"LUBRICANTS TABLE". Check fuel, oil and
coolant frequently for correct level.
In case of an accident or after the vehicle has
fallen down or suffered a sudden bump, make
sure the control levers, pip ing, cables, brake
circuit and main parts of the vehicle have not
been damaged.
If necessary, take the vehicle to an Offi cial
Derbi Dealer to check especially the frame,
handlebar, suspensions, safety components
and any device the user cannot assess without
the aid of a spe cialist.
Report any malfunction to the engineers and/or
mechanics in order to facilitate their work.
Never ride the vehicle if the damage jeop -
ardises safety.
Do not modify the position, angle or col our of:
license plate, turn indicators, light ing devices
and horn.
Any changes to the vehicle will void the war-
ranty.
Any change introduced to the vehicle and the
removal of original parts may jeop ardise the
vehicle performance and therefore reduce
safety or even render the vehicle inappropriate
for legal riding.
Comply with all national and local laws and
regulations on vehicle equipment.
In particular do not introduce technical changes
leading to improve performance and under no
circumstances alter the original specifications

Handlungen (nicht rauchen, trinken, lesen usw.)
ablenken oder beeinflussen lassen.
Die für das Fahrzeug angegebenen Kraftstoffe
und Schmiermittel verwenden. Siehe die
Angaben in der "SCHMIERMITTELTABELLE".
Regelmäßig die Füllstände für Kraftstoff, Öl und
Kühlflüssigkeit überprüfen.
War das Fahrzeug in einen Unfall verwickelt, ist
es gestoßen worden oder umgefallen, muss
sichergestellt werden, dass die Hebel, die
Leitungen, die Kabel, die Bremsan lage und
andere wichtige Teile nicht beschädigt sind.
Das Fahrzeug gegebenenfalls von einem
offiziellen Derbi-Vertragshändler kontrol lieren
lassen. Dabei muss besonders auf den Rahmen,
den Lenker, Radaufhängung/ Federungen,
Schutzelemente und Vorrichtungen geachtet
werden, bei denen der Nutzer nicht in der Lage
ist eventuelle Schäden festzustellen.
Alle Störungen mitteilen, so dass die Arbeit der
Techniker bzw. Mechaniker verein facht wird.
Das Fahrzeug auf keinen Fall fahren, wenn der
Schaden die Sicherheit beeinträchtigt hat.
Auf keinen Fall die Position, Farbe und Neigung
ändern, von: Kennzeichen, Blinker, Beleuchtung
und Hupe.
Änderungen am Fahrzeug führen zum Verfall der
Garantieansprüche.
Jede eventuell am Fahrzeug vorgenommene
Änderung und der Ausbau von Origi nalteilen
können die Leistungswerte des Fahrzeugs
