Functional test and trimming
Place the model in the boat stand. Put the sticks and trims of the remote control in neutral position. The throttle
stick must be in the "motor off " position.
Switch on the transmitter, insert the drive battery, connect it to the controller and secure it.
The rudder must be in the centre position. If necessary, readjust the rudder linkage.
Check right/left function. If the direction of travel of the rudder servo is reversed, operate the servo reverse of
the transmitter.
Check engine running. The motor must rotate counterclockwise when moving forward. If necessary (e.g. when
using components other than those recommended by us), change the running direction by swapping the
cables between the controller and the motor.
Attention during engine test runs, always run the engine only briefly and slowly.
Disconnect the battery-regulator connection, only then switch off the transmitter.
Caution: When working on the boat, always ensure that the propeller can turn freely when the drive battery is
connected. Do not put your hands inside the propeller's turning circle - risk of injury.
Check all built-in special functions. For the wiring leading into the superstructure, it is advisable to install a
disconnection point or connector strip to facilitate removal of the superstructure.
Place the ready-to-run model in a bathtub. Check the waterline. The battery and the RC components can be
moved for trimming.
