Mark and trim the edge of the deep-drawn bulwark 3.5, at the support of the foredeck, with the help of e.g. a
piece of wood 5 mm thick, and mark and trim the cut edge with 5 mm.
Trim 235 mm from the stern side.
Trim the bulwark at the hatched areas of the thermoformed part.
Drill the holes for the portholes 3.11 with D 9 mm, here pre-drill with a thin drill and then best with a conical
reamer e.g. Krick Order No. 492014 or 492013 to the required size. Glue the portholes to the bulwark. These
peel drills prevent the drill from hooking and tearing the thin ABS.

Glue the bulwark to the fuselage. Sand the transition between the bulwark and the edge of the hull without a
step.
