Reminder
The AlveoPC measures the rheological characteristics of the dough:
• P: Dough tenacity (ability to resist distortion)
• L: Dough extensibility (maximum air volume that the bubble can contain)
• P/L: Curve configuration report
• I.e.: Elasticity ratio, the = P200/P (P200: pressure at 4 cm from the beginning of the
curve)
• W: Baking strength of dough (surface under curve)
K. Printing a test
1.
Select a test from the list.
2.
Click the [Print test] icon, the following window is displayed:

Check [Print customized parameters] to display custom settings
when printing.
4.
Click [Print].
5.
When preview is displayed (PDF file), click [Print].
SWITCHING OFF THE MACHINE
1.
Stop the app.
2.
Click "Start/Stop" in the operating system to switch off the computer.
3.
Stop the kneader and Alveograph using the ON/OFF buttons located on the back.
