Controlling the VCR
with a foot switch
You can start and pause recording on the VCR using an optional FS-20
foot switch or RM-81 remote switch.
How to connect the foot switch
Operation
1
Insert a tape with its safety tab in place into the VCR.

Select the tape speed with the TAPE SPEED switch.

To start recording, step on the foot switch.

To pause, step on the foot switch again.
Each time you step on it, the VCR repeats recording and
recording pause.
To stop recording
Press p STOP on the VCR or on the remote commander.
