Make sure that you now insert the mast rings

longer be possible. The topmast is inserted
from the bottom and not glued on, but rather
held in place by the fid part 143.
The next step is the main boom.
Sand the boom gooseneck part 133 and round
off the edges.
Flatten the boom part 132 on both sides such
that part 133 can be slid over it.

Level off both sides of the boom for the reef
jaws at 125 mm at the other end of the boom.

Now the main boom is ready to stain.
After staining, the cleats 108 can be attached
to the main boom.

Next, attach the gaff sail boom.
Level off the gaff part 138 on both sides for the
gaff gooseneck part 140 and stick the parts
together.
Drill a hole of diameter 2 mm for the bearing
bolts part 225 and install the gaff shoe part
139.
Fit the stopper part 226
for the block mount of the peak halyard as
shown.
