Version 1
Headsail with just 1 sheet rope each in the
middle of the boat.
Mark the positions for the deck bushings so
that the bushing for the jib sheet rope is 112
mm from the bow and for the foresail sheet
rope is 25 mm in front of the mast.
Drill the holes with a 3 mm drill bit once again
diagonally towards the mast.
Screw in the mast bearing part 223.
Next, bend the ABS pipe part 46 as shown in
the image.
Slide the pipes through the holes from below.
Stick on the pipes again from below using
Acrylit. For pipe 2, the mast bearing can also
be glued at the same time.

Now apply super glue at the top in the gap
between the deck and the pipe and after it has
dried, carefully cut off the protruding ends.
Version 2
Headsail with 1 sheet rope each on the port
and starboard.
Mark the positions of the bushings for the
sheet ropes 25 mm from the coaming of the
companionway. To do so, use part 45-1. And
bore the holes with diameter 3 mm diagonally
towards the coaming.
Bend the ABS pipe with a radius of around 20
mm over an appropriate round material.

Now slide the pipes through the deck and the
guide block part 45-1.
