Raising and Securing the Bicycle
Carrier
 Raise the bicycle carrier until it stops.
 Fit the locking pin.
The pin can be fitted only if the bicycle carrier is
in the top end position.
 The warning tone stops after the locking pin is
fitted.
WARNING
Lowering the carrier during the journey
can cause serious accidents
Injury to people or damage to property
due to lowering the carrier during the
journey.
 Ensure that the locking pin is screwed
in fully after raising.
 If the pin is not screwed in fully at the
beginning of the journey then a
warning tone sounds.
 If necessary, undo the locking pin
again, raise the bicycle carrier until it
stops, then screw in the locking pin
fully.
