Possible cause
Incorrect voltage
mains power cable damaged
wrong connection
deposits, adhesions or drying-out of
the valves
Metering head is loose
Diaphragm ruptured
Air in pump head
Metering volume setting too low
Motor turned off by winding
protection
Motor overload caused by too high
back-pressure

Rectification
Check power supply
change mains power cable
check connections acc. clamp plan
rinse the metering head through the
suction tube, if necessary remove
and clean or replace the valves
Tighten metering head screw
diagonally (see chapter 8.2)
Replace diaphragm
Vent metering head
Increase stroke volume setting
Motor turns on automatically after
cooling
Check metering line
