Possible cause
Incorrect voltage
mains power cable damaged
Depositions, sticking, vaves
dried out
Metering head loose
Diaphragm ruptured
Valve on recipro-cating pump

Metering rate setting too low
Metering valve blocked
Metering counterpressure too
high
Once the cause of the fault has been rectified, switch the mains off again and set
the switch to "0" in order to cancel the fault alarm.

Remedy
Check mains voltage
change mains power cable
Flush metering head via suction line, if
necessary remove valves and clean or replace
Tighten metering head fixing bolts crosswise and
diagonally
Replace diaphragm
Clean valve, replace valve spring
Increase stroke quantity adjustment
Clean and rinse valve
Check metering line and return line
Once the cause of the problem has been
eliminated, the mains must be switched off or the
master switch set to "0" in order to cancel and
acknowledge the fault signal
