THE CLASSIC
INGREDIENTS
Fresh Dough (200g)
Passata Base
Mozzarella
Fresh Basil
RECIPE
First things first, if you haven't
already... make your dough! Getting
to grips with proper dough making
will make all the difference in getting
the most out of Roccbox, Trust us!
So, assuming you're 'down with
dough' first stretch out a nice pizza
base with a small lip to help keep
the toppings in place. Coat the base
with a thin layer of passata or your
favourite homemade pizza sauce
recipe.
Then add your mozzarella, we like
it cheesy but play around to get a
balance that's right for you, there's
certainly nothing wrong with making
2...or 3...or 4 just to make sure its just
right!
Sprinkle some basil on top and any
other garnish or seasoning you
might like and you're done!
Pop it into Roccbox and cook for
between 1 and 3 minutes.
