O-rings must be inspected regularly for damage. Do
not use crushed or frayed O-rings.
The correct clamping ring and O-ring must be fitted in
the injection chamber for the diameter of the nozzle
clamping (17 mm / 23 mm) and the nozzle (7 mm /
9 mm) on the CRI or DHK/UI.

Procedure:
1. Release the clamping ring (Fig. 7, Pos. 1) by
turning the clamping screw (Fig. 7, Pos. 6)
counterclockwise.
2. Remove the clamping ring from the clamping ring
insert (Fig. 7, Pos. 2) in the injection chamber.
3. Remove the clamping ring insert from the injection
chamber.
4. Screw out the stud (Fig. 7, Pos. 3) until the O-ring
insert (Fig. 7, Pos. 4) can be removed.
5. If necessary, remove the O-ring (Fig. 7, Pos. 5) from
the clamping ring insert.
6. Fit the correct O-rings.

7. Re-fit the O-ring insert in the clamping ring insert
and secure with the stud.
8. Replace the clamping ring insert in the injection
chamber.
9. Fit the correct clamping ring in the clamping ring
insert in the injection chamber.
For testing, the injection chamber (Fig. 8, Pos. 5) is
placed over the CRI (Fig. 8, Pos. 6) or DHK/UI injection
nozzle and fixed in position.

Procedure:
1. Release the clamping ring (Fig. 6, Pos. 1) by
turning the clamping screw (Fig. 6, Pos. 2)
counterclockwise.

Before clamping the CRI, check the O-rings of the
clamping ring insert for damage.
2. Slide the injection chamber as far as possible over
the CRI or DHK/UI injection nozzle.
3. Clamp the injection chamber by turning the clamping
screw (Fig. 6, Pos. 2) clockwise.
