3.5. Never carry out repairs yourself.

• If the mains adapter, mains cable or the device itself are dam-
aged, or if liquids or foreign bodies get into the device, un-
plug the device immediately.

another suitable professional repair workshop.

3.6. The CD player

• The CD player is a class 1 laser product. The de-
vice has a safety system that prevents dangerous
laser beams from escaping during normal use.
• To avoid eye injuries, never tamper with or damage the de-
vice's safety system.

3.7. Note on electrostatic charge

If the device is not operating correctly as a result of electrostat-
ic charge, reset the device by temporarily disconnecting it from
the mains.
