previous page.) A trained HP customer
care service technician will diagnose the
problem and coordinate the repair
process.
Customer care will direct you to the best
solution, whether it is an authorized
service provider or an HP facility. This
service is free during your printer's
limited warranty period. After the
warranty period, you will be quoted a
repair cost.

warranty coverage beyond the limited
warranty period, the following options
are available:

about our HP service agreements. In
