Auswechseln der Heizmatten/Heiztaschen
Demontage der Heizmatten
1. Zuleitungskabel von der Steuereinheit trennen
2. Heizplatte um 180

drehen (Kabelaustritt oben)
3. Verschlußschrauben entfernen und Heizmatte entneh-
men
Montage der Heizmatten
1. Heizmatte mit TIP TOP Talkum Asbestfrei
(Art. Nr. 593 0649) einpudern.
2. Heizmatte in Heiztasche einschieben. Auf Lage des
Kabelanschlussblockes achten.
3. Verschlußschrauben handfest anziehen.
Demontage der Heiztaschen
1. Heizmatte ausbauen
2. Heiztasche mit Trichtermesser an der mit dem Druck-
kissen vulkanisierten Stellen abtrennen.
Montage der Heiztaschen
1. Neue Heiztasche an der Rückseite innerhalb der
Markierung aufrauhen, mit Thermopress MTR Solution
(Art. Nr. 516 9207) einstreichen (Trockenzeit ca. 10
Minuten) und mit einer Lage Thermopress MTR-Rubber
(Art. Nr. 516 1250) belegen.
2. Druckkissen im mittleren Bereich gleichmäßig aufrauen,
mit Thermopress MTR-Solution einstreichen (Trockenzeit
ca. 10 Min.) und mit einer Lage Thermopress MTR
Rubber belegen.
3. Beide Heizplatten mit flachen Kontursegmenten bestük-
ken.
4. Heizmatten in Heiztasche einbauen und Heiztasche
anschließend zentrisch auf das Druckkissen aufsetzen.
5. Beide Heizplatten unter Druck (8 bar) zusammenfahren
und 1,5 Std. vulkanisieren.
Hinweis:
Die Positionierung der Heiztasche auf dem Druckkissen darf
nur in der markierten vertikalen Richtung vorgenommen
werden, da sonst die notwendige Anpassung der Heizplatte
an die entsprechende Reifenkontur nicht mehr möglich ist.
Ölwechsel an Hydraulikpumpe der Hebe- und
Senkeinrichtung
Sicherheitshinweis:
Vor Beginn der Arbeiten geeignete Auffangbehälter, sowie
Bindemittel für eventuelle Ölverunreinigungen bereithalten.
Gefahr von Umweltschäden durch Öl.
1. Geräteoberteil vollständig absenken.
2. Entlüftungsschraube (S.10, Pos. 3/9) aus Einfüllöffnung
entfernen.
3. Geeignetes Auffanggefäß (mindestens 1 Liter Volumen)
an die Ablaßschraube halten. Ablaßschraube entfernen
und Öl ablassen. Nach vollständiger Entleerung Ablaß-
schraube wieder einsetzen.
4. Neues Hydraulik-Öl mittels Trichter bis 2 cm unterhalb
der Einfüllöffnung einfüllen.
5. Entlüften des Hydrauliksystems:
Geräteoberteil ca. 30 cm anheben, Ablaßschraube
um ca. 1/3 Umdrehung öffnen, und sobald Öl sichtbar
wird, Ablaßschraube wieder verschließen.
6. Ölstand nochmals prüfen und Entlüftungsschraube
wieder einschrauben.
7. Bitte örtliche Entsorgungsvorschriften für Altöl beachten!

Demounting the heating mats
1. Disconnect the connection cables from the control unit.
2. Turn the heating plates by 180
3. Remove the locking screws and pull out the heating mat
Mounting the heating mats
1. Powder the heating mat with asbestos free Tip Top tal-
cum
(ref.no.593 0649).
2. Insert the heating mat into the heating pocket, pay atten-
tion to the position of the cable connector block.
3. Tighten the locking screws finger tight.
Demounting the heating pockets
1. Demount the heating mat
2. Detach the heating pocket using a skive knife in the area
vulcanized onto the pressure pad.
Mounting the heating pockets
1. Buff the back of the new heating pocket within the
marked area, coat it with Thermopress MTR Solution
(ref.no. 516 9207) (drying time approx. 10 minutes) and
apply a layer of Thermopress MTR Rubber (ref.no.516
1250) to the coated area.
2. Evenly buff the central area of the pressure pad, coat it
with Thermopress MTR Solution (drying time approx.10
minutes) and apply a layer of Thermopress MTR Rubber
to it.
3. Fit flat contour segments on the two heating plates.
4. Install the heating mat in the heating pocket, then centre
the heating pocket onto the pressure pad.
5. Press the two heating plates together to provide maxi-
mum pressure (8 bar) and cure for 1,5 hours.
Note:
The heating pocket must be positioned on the pressure pad
only in the marked vertical direction. Otherwise the heating
plate can no more be adapted to the corresponding tyre
contour as required.
Changing the oil of the hydraulic pump
of the height adjusting device:
Safety instructions:
Prior to carrying out this job, provide appropriate containers
and binding agents to prevent oil spill. Risk of environmen-
tal damage due to oil.
1. Completely lower the upper part of the machine.
2. Remove the filler/vent screw (page 11, pos 3/9) from the
filling hole.
3. Hold the appropriate container (minimum volume 1 litre)
under the drain screw, remove the drain screw and drain
the oil.
After having drained all the oil, tighten the drain screw
again in its place.
4. Fill in new hydraulic oil with a funnel up to a level of 2 cm
below the filling hole.
5. Venting the hydraulic system: Lift the upper part of the
machine by approx. 30 cm, open the drain screw by
approx. 1/3 revolution. Close it again, as soon as oil can
be seen.
6. Check the oil level and tighten the filler/vent screw again.
7. Observe the local disposal instructions for used oil.
