13 SOLL-Werteinstellung (Anzeige Nr. 5)
Als Beispiel wird der SOLLWERT 11 Stunden und 30 Minuten (11.30) eingestellt.

Achtung: Erst nach Übereinstimmung der SOLLWERT/ISTWERT Eingabe gemäß Programmierschritt Nr. 10 ist der SOLL-
WERT dauerhaft gespeichert! Nach Abschluß der Programmierung kann das Gerät durch Drücken der grünen Starttaste (14)
in Betrieb genommen werden. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt läuft die ISTWERT-Anzeige rückwärts ab. Die SOLLWERT-Einstellung
bleibt unverändert sichtbar.
Hinweis: Im Falle eines Stromausfalles/Netztrennung, bleibt die restliche Vulkanisationszeit gespeichert, so dass diese bei
wiederanliegen der Netzspannung als Restlaufzeit automatisch abläuft und das Gerät weiterhin in Betriebszustand (EIN)
gehalten wird. Sollte die Unterbrechung mehr als 60 Min. betragen, muß die verbleibende Heizzeit um die Hälfte der
Ausfallzeit jedoch max. auf die ursprüngliche Heizzeit verlängert werden. Durch Drücken der Taste RESET, während des lau-
fenden Gerätebetriebes od. nach einem Stromausfall, wird die Betriebszeit unterbrochen und erneut auf den SOLLWERT
zurückgestellt.
Durch Drücken der grünen Starttaste erfolgt ein neuerlicher Gerätestart.
Funktionskontrolle
Durch blinken der Anzeige M in der oberen Segmentanzeige (3) wird der laufende Betriebsprozess angezeigt.

Attention: The set desired value is not memorized before the actual value (on the upper display no.3) is equal to the desired
value (on the lower display no.5), after the step no.10 of the setting procedure.
Once the time has been set, you can put the vulcanizing machine into operation by pressing the green START key (14). From
this moment onwards, the actual value shown on the upper display is counted down, whereas the desired value (on the lower
display) remains unchanged.
Note: If the vulcanizing machine is disconnected from the mains or the power supply is interrupted, the remaining curing
time is memorized; after the power supply has been restored, the heating system restarts and the remaining curing time (=
actual value on the upper display no.3) elapses automatically. If the power supply is interrupted for more than 60 minutes,
the remaining curing time has to be extended by half of the duration of the power failure. The curing time set at the begin-
ning of the curing process, however, must not be exceeded. By pressing the RESET key during machine operation or after
the end of a power failure, you can interrupt the operating time and reset the remaining curing time (actual value) shown on
the upper display no.3 to the desired value.
You can restart the vulcanizing machine by pressing the green START key.
Operation check:
The "M" symbol blinks on the upper display (3) during operation.
